We recently completed a very fun, fast paced and insightful project. We got the opportunity to work with one of the best real estate agents in Stockholm to drive traffic to their listing, showcase the viewing and in the end, increasing the demand for a luxury apartment to quickly close the deal above list price.
During our short, yet effective involvement we managed to reach Hemnet’s “Klicktoppen” for that week. Meaning the listing was the most viewed in Stockholm that whole week. In total, our campaigns drove 80% of the total traffic to the listing.
By initially securing a plausible target audience we were able to effectively reach every possible interested party in the area. Making sure that all clicks were relevant for the listing and the recipient.
We started by looking at the desired target audience to set the outline of the project. Once set, we analyzed all the content available in order showcase the most relevant & intriguing content for each target group.
